Shipping policy

1. CARRIER SELECTION AND RATES

The choice of carrier is determined based on the shipping destination. We use BPOST for international deliveries and also offer shipping via MONDIAL RELAY for France. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country:

  • Belgium: Free home delivery / Free pick-up point delivery.

  • France: Free home delivery / Free Mondial Relay pick-up point delivery.

  • Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €2.99 home delivery.

  • Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom: €7.90 home delivery.

  • United States: €9.99 home delivery.

2. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are generally shipped within 48-72 hours following order validation. In the event of postal service strikes, packages will be dropped off at the sorting center as soon as the situation allows.

3. RESPONSIBILITY AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

When ordering, the customer must ensure that all personal and delivery information is completed correctly. Any incorrect information may lead to processing delays. In the event of errors in the information provided, any additional costs generated will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Pick-up Point Selection: If the customer fails to select a pick-up point during the order process, please contact us within one hour to modify the order. Otherwise, a pick-up point will be automatically selected by our system.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If the customer does not collect their package from a pick-up point or BPOST, a new shipment may be offered, subject to additional fees to be covered by the customer. Order cancellations are not possible in this case.

4. RECEIPT OF PACKAGE

IMPORTANT: Any package that is visibly damaged or opened must be refused at the pick-up point / Bpost point / with the mail carrier. Once the package is accepted, responsibility shifts to the customer, and no claims can be processed in this regard.

5. TRACKING AND PACKAGING

Purchases may be sent in multiple packages depending on the size of the products. A tracking number will be provided by email to follow your package's progress. If the customer enters an incorrect email address, the brand cannot be held responsible for the failure to receive notifications.

6. SATISFACTION

Finally, we guarantee consumer satisfaction for non-food products, particularly in the event of a product being damaged upon receipt (see conditions in our Return Policy).
