GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

These general terms and conditions of sale are provided by the company FMA Concept SRL.

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

These general terms and conditions aim to govern the contractual relationship between FMA Concept SRL (hereinafter "the Company") and any person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website www.ohmymaille.com (hereinafter "the Site"). They prevail over any other conditions and may be modified at any time.

ARTICLE 2 - PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND PRICING

  1. Selection: The Customer places their handcrafted items in their cart.

  2. Contact Details: The Customer enters their information. The total amount including tax (VAT) and shipping costs are displayed.

  3. Payment: The Customer is redirected to the secure payment module. Transaction fees are covered by the Company.

  4. Ownership: Products remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

  5. Responsibility: The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their contact details (email and delivery address).

ARTICLE 3 - HANDCRAFTED NATURE AND CARE (SPECIFIC PROTECTION)

Our bags and accessories are handmade using crochet and faux leather.

  • Variations: The Customer accepts that minor variations in stitches or shades may exist compared to the photos.

  • Mandatory Care: The Customer agrees to follow the care instructions: MACHINE WASHING PROHIBITED, TUMBLE DRYING PROHIBITED. Any damage resulting from failure to follow these instructions voids all warranty or return options.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is validated, no cancellation is possible due to the immediate start of preparation or artisanal manufacturing. In the event of a cancellation by the Company due to force majeure, equivalent products or a refund will be offered.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

  • Lead Times: Mentioned as an indication only (generally 48-72h for stock items). A delivery delay does not entitle the Customer to consider the sale void.

  • Transport: The Company's responsibility ends upon handing the package over to the carrier (BPOST/Mondial Relay). Risks related to transport are the responsibility of the carrier.

  • Receipt (Crucial): Any package that is visibly damaged or opened must be refused at the pick-up point or with the mail carrier. Once accepted, no claim will be possible.

  • Pick-up Point: If the Customer forgets to select a point, they have 1 hour to contact the Company. After this period, a pick-up point will be automatically assigned.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Belgian law, the Customer has 14 calendar days to return a product at their own expense to the registered office address in Liège.

  • Condition: The product must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its intact original packaging.

  • Exclusion: This right does not apply to products that are personalized or made to the Customer's specific requirements.

ARTICLE 7 - WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity.

  • Warranty Exclusion: Damage caused after delivery, through negligence, poor maintenance (machine washing), or abnormal use is excluded.

  • Claim Period: Any defect must be reported to hello@ohmymaille.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

ARTICLE 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not responsible for allergic reactions to the components of the materials used, nor for the indirect consequences of unusual product use. Its liability is limited to the amount of the product concerned.

ARTICLE 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of the site (name "Oh My Maille", photos, texts) is the exclusive property of FMA Concept SRL. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

ARTICLE 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, mediation is preferred. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the judicial district of Liège (Belgium) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
